Tri the Beach Triathlon will take place at the Lower Shore Family YMCA in Pocomoke City, MD on August 1, 2015. Our race offers something for everyone with a Sprint distance, an Olympic distance, a Sprint Team entry and a Kids Tri. Whether your a seasoned triathlete, a first timer, a beginner, or your ready to "tri" again, our race is right for you. Swim in our beautiful spring fed lake, bike the scenic and flat country roads and run our fast out and back course. Registration includes race entry, race tee, finisher medal, YMCA swag bag, music, food and beverages on our beach following the race. All proceeds benefit the Lower Shore Family YMCA's Strong Communities Campaign.
